This pic is out of order. Keith and I having a war in Moab on our way to Lake Powell. The funnest trip ever. We went with the Sturgells and had a blast.

That is awesome about your tri! I don't think I would ever want to do one since I'm terrified of water and I'm a horrible swimmer. What are the lengths? Congrats on second place!!! You are so not an old lady... there are just less women that want to compete with you, 'cause you're freakin' awesome! Tell your hubby, good job, too! That is such a cool thing that you did together. How did you talk him into it?
For this tri it was 1500 meter (1mile) swim 26 mile bike ride and a 10k. Keith is wanting to get into tri's so I am just gently nudging him along:) The best!
